Registered Trademarks

As per BackJoy’s dealer agreement, authorized retailers of BackJoy products are prohibited from using approved BackJoy trademarks for traffic generation or search engine registration techniques, including, but not limited to, inclusion into Meta tags or purchase of BackJoy trademarks as search terms or advertisements.

Authorized retailers are prohibited from using any of the below trademarks in general search match, exact match, or broad match paid keyword search campaigns. The brand name “BackJoy” and other BackJoy trademarks cannot be included in any search term combinations. For more information on current registered trademarks, visit the U.S. Patent Office.
